Scottish Pancakes / recipe in english language

1. Put 120g fleur an a teaspoon backingpouder and 30g sugar in the boul.

2. Mix an egg and 125 ml milk in an other bowl.

3. Mix the egg and milk mixture into flour. Now you have to work quickly or your pancakes will be flat! Melt butter in a mixture in to pan with a spoon.

4. When they are lots of bubbles on the pancakes, turn over!

5. Eat with  butter or butterjam. If there are left over, you can eat them cald too. But we ate them all.

What you need to prepaire it:
  • 120g fleur
  • a teaspoon backingpuder
  • 30g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125 ml milk
  • some butter for the pan, I use Rama for a small body
